 Although the weather may be telling us different, Fall is here!  We're kicking off our first batch of sweets this autumn with SPICE!  Our Spice Cake Pop's are the perfect mix of sweet and savory - they'll give you that cozy comfort food feeling all season long! We love the look of this classic flavor dipped in orange and accented with the ever so popular chevron design in white chocolate! Thank you Jenn!

{2 Peas in a Pod} Lime Green & Damask Twin Baby Shower

Some couples are blessed with the news of one baby on the way, but the Perry's were surprised with much more!  My sweet friends Jamie and Eddie are expecting TWIN baby GIRLS just before christmas and could not be more excited!  When the super adorable invitation for her baby shower arrived, I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to get creative with the treats.  We went all out for this one!  We whipped up tons of sugar and spice for the guests to indulge in - Hand pipped black and white damask cherry chip Cake Pops, sparkly lime green Oreo Cake Pop's, Vanilla cupcakes topped with a striped chocolate curl, Chocolate cupcakes topped with hand made coordinating fondant pea pods, and chocolate cluster peanut bark.  We added a few extra jars of candy (pearlized gum balls, chocolate sixlets, vanilla meringues) and the ever so famous s'mores cookies created by our awesome and talented friends the Baking Betty's were customized with two green marshmallow to represent the two peas in the Perry pod!  We're gonna brag a little and say the display was FABULOUS!  (Above: That's Momma-to-be, Miss Jamie tasting one of our cupcakes!)

{Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cupcakes} Happy Birthday Mia!

The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Cupcake Collection is a new twist on our classic Red and Black Mickey desserts from a few years ago.  We love the combination of bright primary colors and fondant Minnie Mouse toppers that give these vanilla and chocolate cupcakes the perfect amount of detail.

{Shades of Summer Sun} Sweets & Desserts in a Happy Hue

Check out our Sugar-free Chocolate Cupcakes topped with a neon yellow cream cheese frosting and chocolate pearlized sixlet for a family friend's Baby Sprinkle. We are in love with these new white foil cupcake liners too!

{Teal & Zebra Inspired Sweets} Jenna's Bridal Shower

Miss Jenna is marrying the man of her dreams!  So, with help from her sister, Cara and lovely bridesmaids - she had one of the fanciest bridal showers around.  Jenna LOVES Zebra print, so when they found a teal and zebra invitation - they knew it'd be the perfect theme!  While we created our extra special Zebra & Teal Cake Pop and Cupcake collection, there were many other amazing desserts for the guests to indulge in.  Cara, (the Newest BOLD Lady) made delicious zebra print cookies and chocolate dipped pretzel rods that of course coordinated perfectly.  The amazing cake pictured below was created by the ever so talented ladies at Rossmoor Bakery. We added a few other treats like meringues & chocolate covered almonds and the sugar selection was complete!

{Feliz Cumpleaños Steven} It's a Fiesta 30th Birthday!

 This weekend we celebrated the 30th birthday of one very special guy. He's the brother to our Newest BOLD Lady, Cara!  Family and Friends worked hard to throw him a true surprise Mexican Fiesta.  Steven's wife went all out with a fancy nacho bar, taco man, sombrero sugar cookies and authentic colorful decor! Cara whipped up her famous Chocolate Popcorn munch and the amazing Tecate Beer Cake centerpiece.  We added our well known Margarita & Pina Colada Cupcakes to the sweet spread and the party was complete!

{Cabo Cake Pop's & Margarita Cupcakes} Bridal Shower

Calling all Baking Betty's Fans - So there are these two gorgeous girls who bake amazing cookies out of Newport Beach, they're most famously known for their insane s'more cookies.  I could go on forever about their talent, but... Blonde Betty is getting married and yesterday she was showered with all kinds of wedding fun at a Cabo themed Bridal Shower thrown by Brunette Betty and friends.  Our Margarita Cupcakes and Vanilla Cake Pop's in Lime & Yellow got a ticket to the party!
